POSTER PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION
1. Poster Preparation
Poster shall be prepared in form of X-Banner or Y-Banner, with the stand. The dimension for ISNTR2015 Poster is 60 cm (wide) x 160 cm (Height). Please be adviced that there will be no poster board provided, therefore presenter shall also bring the stand for the banner.
The poster shall be typewritten and presented in English. The text should sufficiently large to be legible from a distance of 1-2 meter (e.g. Arial 14, Times New Roman 16). Graphs, tables, figures, photographs or map may be used within the limit of the space.
Poster shall be numbered according to the numbering as given by organizing committee. Please place the number on top, right corner of the poster.
The following sub-headings are suggested as the presentation format: INTRODUCTION, METHODOLOGY, RESULTS & DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION, ACKNOWLEDGMENTS and REFERENCES
The poster shall be presented for two days; Thursday and Friday, 11 and 12 June 2015, as indicated at the ISTNR2015 Program. Presenters are expected to place the poster in the seminar venue (Auditorium M. Yusuf Abubakar, Universitas Mataram) right after registration (Wednesday, 10 June 2015 from 16.00 – 18.00, or Thursday, 11 June 2015 from 7.00 – 08.00 Wita). Please be advised that all posters will be judged anonymously for the best poster presentation.

The time allocated for each presentation is 10 minutes (excluding discussion). Speaker should bring their slides of presentation file in USB Flash disk, and submit the slides of presentation file during registration or one day before his/her presentation schedule to the secretariat officer. If you will be presenting in the first day (11 June 2015), please submit your presentation file on Wednesday afternoon, 10 June 2015, at registration desk.
The presentation shall be prepared and delivered in English. The following sub-headings are suggested as the presentation format for research paper: INTRODUCTION, METHODOLOGY, RESULTS & DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION, ACKNOWLEDGMENTS and REFERENCES
We would like to also inform you that all presentation (excluding plenary/invited lectures) will be judged anonymously for the best presentation.
